Not sure if it’s a bed bug? Let us help. Our fast bed bug identification service will give you the answers you need in no time at all. How it works:


1) Purchase our Bed Bug Identification service below.

This service can only be purchased from our website.  Simply click add to cart and follow through with the checkout process.  Make sure to input a valid email address as this is where we will send your results.  You can ignore the ship-to fields because this order does not require a shipment from us.

2) Download, print, and fill out our Bed Bug Specimen Evaluation Form found below.

The form can be found here: Bed Bug Specimen Evaluation Form.  The form is in .pdf format.  Click here to download a free copy of the Acrobat Reader if you do not already have it.

3) Collect and package a few of the insects as detailed on the Evaluation Form.


4) Send the sample and Bed Bug Specimen Evaluation Form to the address indicated on the Specimen Form.

We do not accept walk-ins.  Specimens must be delivered by mail only.

5) Wait for your results via email

You can choose for normal or expedited results.  Normal results will be returned within 7 business days of receipt.  Expedited results will be returned within 2 business days of receipt.  Due to high demand, we cannot guarantee expedited results.  If expedited results are not possible the difference in purchase price will be refunded.

We will send your lab results with 1 of 3 options: bed bug positive, bed bug negative, or inconclusive.  Inconclusive results typically only occur if the sample does not contain a whole insect or not enough of the insect to determine if it is a bed bug or not.  We currently only send results via email.
